About the role
This is a varied and diverse role where you will be working directly with the Head of Property across a variety of projects. Projects can range from small refurbishments to major mixed use high rise developments. This is an end to end role where you will get experience across the full development lifecycle from acquisition through to delivery. You will have one direct report to manage and support in this role.
About you
Specifically, as the ideal candidate for this role, you will meet the following Key Requirements:
- Degree in property, construction, architecture or related discipline
- 5-10 years experience across development with exposure to portfolio management, leasing and sales
- 1-2 year experience managing direct reports
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
