About the role
We are currently seeking an Administrator to come and join our finance team on a full-time permanent basis; this role is a brand-new role with a lot of scope for opportunity and professional development.
This position will be responsible for administration duties relating to insurance, our vehicle fleet leases and assist with some financial matters. The wider team you will be joining includes Parish support and fundraising too.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Management of the fleet vehicle suppliers including KPIs
- Co-ordinate the delivery and return of vehicles
- Ensure that drivers understand their obligations in terms of fleet vehicles
- Maintain correct billing of vehicles
- Nominate driver infringements
- Arrange servicing of key Diocesan vehicles
- Own and maintain the database of vehicles and monitor market trends
- Be instrumental in the insurance renewal process
- Co-ordinate with brokers on the administration of insurance during the policy period
- Maintain relationships with internal and external parties with a view to minimising insurance claims
- Work with parishes on any insurance claims
- Collate information to inform the accuracy of insurance coverage
- Support the finance team with transactional input of data
- Monitor the outstanding tasks for the annual audits, including parish audits
- Undertake other adhoc administrative duties as required
