This year, MET Natural Fertility will be holding Initial Instructions and Introductory Sessions for our three methods of Natural Family Planning (NFP) available in the Diocese of Parramatta.

These sessions will set you up to chart your cycle immediately to help achieve your family planning goals.

The first session on the Sympto-Thermal Method (STM) will be held via Zoom on Tuesday 13 February from 7pm to 8pm.
