Pilgrimage of the Migrant Jubilee Cross (5-11 January)

The Pilgrimage of the Migrant Jubilee Cross is an initiative of the Australian Catholic Migrant and Refugee Office. 

To mark the Jubilee of Migrants October 2025, the Cross celebrates the faith, gifts, contributions, and resilience that migrant communities bring to our local Church. 

The Diocese will be hosting the Cross, which contains sacred relics of the Holy Family and St Mary MacKillop, between 5 to 11 January 2026 across four parishes.

St Patrick’s, Blacktown – Wednesday evening, 7 January- Filipino community

St Luke’s, Marsden Park – Friday evening, 9 January- Tongan Community

St Patrick’s Cathedral, Parramatta – Saturday 10 Jan – Cantonese Community
