Catholics in western Sydney live, work, play, and pray beside believers from other world religions. Jesus commanded us to love our neighbours. We are to reach out, build friendships, learn from and support each other, and collaborate for the common good. This new interfaith approach was pioneered at Vatican II and developed in Catholic teaching over the last 60 years, especially through the words and example of the Popes.
