Administration Assistant: The Diocese of Parramatta’s Mission Enhancement Team (MET) is excited to announce the search for a dedicated and organised Administrative Assistant to support the vital ministry of preparing couples for marriage. The ideal candidate will be passionate about serving the community, possess exceptional organisational skills, and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring the smooth administration of the team’s work while maintaining the Diocese’s high standards of excellence. This role is part-time and a fixed term for 12 months, requiring 19 hours per week.
Risk & Compliance Facilitator: The Diocese of Parramatta is seeking an experienced Risk & Compliance Facilitator for a part-time, 6-month contract (with the possibility of extension). In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring risk controls, ensuring adherence to industry standards, and cultivating a proactive risk management culture. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the Diocese to maintain compliance with relevant laws and regulations, playing a key part in creating a safe and compliant environment for our staff, volunteers, parishes, and the broader community we serve.
