The Diocese of Parramatta operates from various locations in Western Sydney. Our headquarters at the Bethany Centre in Church Street, Parramatta provide a modern and collaborative work environment, while our staff also serve in different locations across Western Sydney and the Blue Mountains. This ensures we are well-connected with the communities we serve.
Bethany Centre: Our central hub offers modern facilities designed to support our mission. It’s a place where ideas flourish, and collaboration thrives.
Western Sydney: Our staff work across multiple locations in Western Sydney, bringing our services closer to the communities we serve. This includes 47 parishes, 80 schools, 50 childcare and before/after school care services and seven Catholic Care drop-in centres. This allows for a convenient and meaningful connection to our mission.

What to Expect in the Application Process

If you are shortlisted, you’ll be invited for interviews with different members of the hiring team.
