The Bishop Bede Heather Centre is a multi-functional venue, owned by the Diocese of Parramatta and managed by our Mission Enhancement Team.
The two-storey venue is occupied upstairs by the Columban Centre for Christian-Muslim Relations, with additional space for small groups. The downstairs ‘Gathering Space’ regularly hosts large-scale formation, training and Diocesan events.
Located in the geographical heart of the Diocese in Blacktown it has off-street parking and is well accessed by public transport.
The ‘Gathering Space’ features a kitchen, lounge, dining area, large plenary room with seating for 80-100, a stage, and full audio-visual capabilities including an 80inch screen.
The centre is available for booking by parishes, schools, tertiary institutions, ministries, and community groups of the Diocese of Parramatta.
