You are invited to the fifth and final Peace, Justice, Ecology Table Talk for 2024, focusing on intersections of disability, unemployment and seeking asylum.

Many people in our communities struggle to find work due to a disability, their status as people seeking asylum, or even both. Challenges multiply where several factors of disadvantage and marginalisation overlap.

At this Table Talk, you will hear and discuss powerful stories from people affected by overlapping challenges. Participate in meaningful small group conversations, ask questions, and learn how you can play a part in creating positive social change.

This Diocesan Table Talk will take place in the lead-up to the International Day of People with Disability.

6:00pm – 6:30pm: Light dinner

6:30pm – 8:30pm: Table Talk Program
