Ministry App: User Information

Register for First Time

1. Navigate to the relevant URL or QR Code for the Parish
   Go to the Ministry App Check-In page and select ‘Register for the First Time’ or click here.
2. Register for First Time Process
   Complete the registration form with your mobile number and email address. You may also need to prepare additional documents (e.g. Authority or Clergy Declaration Forms). Future check-ins will require the WWCC details or your mobile number.
3. Submitting New Registration Form
   Once submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

Planning Parish Visits (Request Approval)

1. Launch the Ministry App
   Use the weblink or QR code. Enter your details and select ‘Request Approval’.
2. Confirm your identity
   You will be taken to the Request Approval form to enter your WWCC or mobile number. Add details for one or more upcoming visits, then click ‘Submit’.
3. Receive Confirmation
   A pop-up message will appear and the form will disappear. An email will also be sent to the relevant parishes and member of clergy about the scheduled visits.

Check-In

1. Access Check-In
   Use the URL from the email or the QR code at the Parish. At the first screen of entry, enter your ACMR, WWCC, Ministry Card number, or email address, and click ‘Submit’.
2. Receive Confirmation
   If approved, you will receive prompt at the bottom of the form confirming they are signed in, and a pop-up message will briefly appear in the top right corner of the screen. The user will also receive an email and SMS confirming they have signed in successfully.

Check-In – Not Scheduled

1. Check-In via QR Code
   Scan the QR Code at the Parish Sacristy Register and enter your WWCC or mobile number to check in.
2. Apply for a visit
   You’ll receive a prompt that you have been found in the system, but that you have not applied for a visit.
   • Enter visit details in the required fields and select ‘Submit’. The user can enter multiple scheduled visits.
3. Confirmation
   If approved, the user will receive a prompt at the bottom of the form confirming they are signed in, and a pop-up message will briefly appear in the top right corner of the screen. The user will receive an SMS also confirming sign in.
