At church, there are adults who look after us
They help us learn about our faith and make sure we are safe.
They follow special rules that remind them how to care for us properly.
All adults who work with children at school, sport, or church must do the right thing.
Their job is to keep us safe!
But sometimes, adults don’t follow the rules.
It is not OK if they ask me to keep secrets.
It is not OK if their behaviour makes me feel worried, scared, or hurt.
It is always OK for me to say “NO”.
If this happens, I should tell a safe adult I trust.

When we act with love, we help make a safe, caring place for everyone.
