The Jubilee of Youth Pilgrimage invites young adults (18-35) from the Diocese of Parramatta to a transformative journey from July 19 to August 5, 2025. Starting in Greece, pilgrims will follow in the footsteps of Saint Paul, then continue to Rome for the Jubilee of Youth celebrations. This pilgrimage offers a unique opportunity to deepen faith, connect with the early Church, and celebrate youth in the heart of the Eternal City.

The Diocesan pilgrimage will take place over 18 days from 19 July to 5 August 2025 and will include a visit to Greece to follow in the footsteps of Saint Paul, before travelling onto the Jubilee of Youth in Rome.
Pilgrimage Highlights
- Walk in the footsteps of St. Paul and the Early Church
- Visit the ancient Byzantine Monastery of Hosios Loukas, an 11th-century UNESCO World Heritage site
- Immerse yourself in the Jubilee Year in Rome
- Celebrate the canonisation of Blessed Pier Giorgio Frassati
This special week will bring together young Catholics, particularly those aged 18 to 35, for spiritual renewal and community in the heart of the Church. The theme of the Holy Year is ‘Pilgrims of Hope‘, encouraging Catholics to deepen their faith through pilgrimage and participation in events worldwide.
