The Sisters of the Holy Family of Nazareth are an International Congregation of women religious committed to cooperating with Jesus Christ and with His Church in spreading the Kingdom of God’s Love among ourselves and others, particularly within families.
We are involved in active ministry in schools, hospitals, parishes, prisons, and social service agencies.
Today, this vision of Nazareth is being lived by some 1,000 sisters serving in 14 countries: Australia, Belarus, England, France, Ghana, Israel, Italy, Kazakhstan, Philippines, Poland, Russia, Spain, Ukraine, and the United States. We are joined by 770 lay associates.
Our Holy Spirit Province in Australia currently has 22 Sisters serving in Sydney, Newcastle and Perth.
