The St Mark’s Coptic Catholic Church, Prospect is the first and only Coptic Catholic church building in Australia. It was blessed and opened on 16th March 2019 by Ibrahim Isaac Sedrak, the Patriarch of the Coptic Catholic Church of Alexandria, Egypt, assisted by the Bishop of Parramatta, the Most Rev Vincent Long OFM Conv.
